Our Mission

CityRec Sports was founded with a simple goal: to give every child in our community the chance to play, learn, and grow through sports. What started as a small soccer league with 10 teams has grown into a multi-sport organization serving over 2,000 families annually.


We believe that sports are about more than just winning. They are a vehicle for teaching life lessons, building resilience, and fostering lifelong friendships. Our recreational leagues prioritize equal playing time and skill development over competition, ensuring that every player feels valued.


As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we reinvest all proceeds into field maintenance, equipment upgrades, and scholarship programs for families in financial need.

Our Team

Middletown Area Football and Cheer Association is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth football and cheerleading organization located in Middletown, PA. Competing in the York County Youth Football Association, Middletown Mighty Raiders engages boys and girls ages 5 to 13 years old.

 

Our mission is to develop passionate, successful, engaged young men and women off the field by instilling the principles of hard work, commitment, and sportsmanship on the field.


We’ve carried the legacy of the Seven Sorrows Eagles with pride. Every practice. Every game. Every kid who wore the green and gold helped build the foundation we stand on today.


Now it’s time for the next chapter.
